Tutorial Details
- This tutorial is based on the size of the stones used in the demonstration. Wire lengths may vary depending on your stone size.
- A basic understanding of wire wrapping and wire weaving is recommended.
- You should be comfortable hand-forming curves and shapes.
- Finished pendant size: 2¾” Height × 1½” Width.
Materials Required
Wires
- 33″ (84 cm) of 20-gauge solid round dead-soft copper wire
- 22″ (56 cm) of 20-gauge solid square dead-soft copper wire
- 162″ (412 cm) of 30-gauge solid round dead-soft copper wire
Cabochon Stones
- Teardrop-shaped flat-back cabochon: 21 mm × 33 mm (5 mm thick)
- Round flat-back stone: 7 mm diameter (4 mm thick)
Copper Beads
- 4 mm copper bead – 1 piece
You can substitute any bead of your choice.
